Take your students learning to new heights as they master the art of engineering rockets by firing them high into the air.

This reusable, clean, safe project can be undertaken even in high winds on a small field and with rockets being sent on 70-100m flights you’re certain to draw a crowd.

Your students will be hit by the wide-eyed “WOW” factor reaction. Once the hue and cry dies down, you can begin some serious learning in the engineering sense using basic knowledge in math and science.

Altering variables:

  • PSI (bicycle pump compresses the air)
  • Rocket structure
  • Fin stabilizer placement and shape
  • Weight and its placement (blu-tac)
  • Angle of trajectory

Rocket launcher pump can be hired for 2 weeks, rockets are inexpensive to build (approx. 15 minutes build time). Highly recommended to anyone who likes to have fun and make things.
